“Das Hotel war gut erreichbar und hatte gute Anbindungen an die Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG wo die Größe sehr gut war. Allerdings war die Dusche sehr dreckig (als hätte man diese nicht gewaschen) und aufgrund dessen das wir im EG waren konnte jeder Fremde durchs Fenster schauen, was die Privatsphäre etwas gehindert hat und man hat die laute Straßenbahn leider sehr stark im Zimmer gehört wodurch das Schlafen etwas schlechter war. ”

“Uns hat es super gefallen, das einzigste die Käse ecken und das Actimel beim Frühstück waren angelaufen. Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit Top. Essen im Restaurant auch sehr lecker ”

“I paid Expedia in advance and had a receipt. On arrival I was told the booking was not paid in advance despite me showing them my receipt they insisted that I must pay them …. Again. They spent ages consulting paper file and then charged me to a credit card on file. Upon checking I do not recognise the card number. This took over 20 minutes at check in. Very poor given I had proof of payment. I have no idea if I’ve been charged twice. ”

“The room was unclean, old carpet and rugs with stains. Floor creaky. No desk or chair to work on in the room/suite so there is no place to sit and use your laptop. Furniture and decoration looks like it was sourced from the flea market. Wifi drops out irregularly.”

“Das Zimmer war super. Das Restaurant (Gasthaus) ist sehr hübsch gestaltet und das Essen wie es sich für ein Gasthaus gehört! Alles sehr zu empfehlen!”

“Personal unfreundlich, Klimaanlage hat gerattert und nicht richtig geheizt. Im Nachhinein hab ich von der Rezeption erfahren, dass das Problem schon bekannt war, sie aber trotzdem dieses Zimmer zugeordnet haben. ”

“The pictures are a serious scam. There is a huge difference between the actual room condition! Dirty! Although we only slept there for one night, it was disgusting. The room smelled bad! The refrigerator smelled bad when opened! There were hairs in it! I wanted to vomit! The carpet was dirty! Our triple room cost nearly 100 euros! The room was very noisy! Because it was next to the driveway! It was a robbery! Stay away from this hotel! Don't book it!”
