Unlike the other hotels we stayed at (who were frugal with everything), they were very warm and hospitable throughout our stay - we thoroughly ENJOYED it. The half-board meals were a great spread of food, especially the desserts. They even packed a lunch box on our last day as we left before breakfast They did not let us stay our extra days in the initial sea view room our tour booked for us so we had to change to a "side sea view" room we booked room, which was a pain (but fair enough). The massage in the spa downstairs was OK but the Turkish bath was a disaster as it was very noisy, chaotic and not relaxing with kids running all over and screaming. The Jacuzzi was lukewarm, so I didn't enjoy that, but seemed to be the case with all the hotels. But my overall experience at this hotel for the things that really mattered was 5*. I would love to go again for a relaxing week."

Beautiful property, I was nervous when I realized it is on a small street but once I entered it was amazing. The garden, the cats, the rooms, the breakfast was great. Location is close to the beach and Ephesus -- need to drive. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. And the best person ever - Yuskel. He literally very kindly and sweetly shipped my airpods back to Istanbul that I had left in the hotel. I cannot believe the generosity. I am so grateful!"
