I hate how the hotel manage bookings and dishonesty as I had already paid my booking for 3 members in full but then got charged extra when I arrived without any email communication before I check-in, other major problem to the overall experience is that most of the staffs speak broken English and even not understand, I find it very difficult to communicate, also both indoor and outdoor onsen water is all dirty, the outdoor onsen water is not even hot."
