The breakfast staff catered well for our coeliac son. Rooms were spacious and we enjoyed watching the squirrels from our balcony. Towel folding class was lots of fun.

Room was super clean. Staff were always nice and smiling. The highlight of the stay was the delicious breakfast buffet including a lot of different tasty indonesian and balinese food which is included by the way. Great shopping next door including a grocery. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Everything is walkable nearby.

Staff are friendly, everyday room cleaning service, clean environment. For the toiletries, I would like to recommend that they should provide enough for each person because I booked to stay at the hotel for a week and they provide one small bottles of shower gels and shampoo even though we have booked for two people.
