“The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. On the morning of check out, the front desk clerk was no way to be found - we had to call the hotel phone several times and then she would come from downstairs. “The apartment is spacious and nice.
Clothes drying rack not heated and the heater must be turned off, but there is a portable heater we can use.
It is not easy to find the apartment and checking in was a little challenging because we do not have the phone service to call the host to let us in the apartment. But fortunately, my husband was able to call family via Facebook messenger and inturn the family call the host for us.”
