The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also great. A special mention to Iryna who helped us sort out some issues we had created with our booking and made us feel very welcome.

Misleading photos

Photos of the gym are outdated. It’s now a bunker. Hotel was not sympathetic to my request for partial refund. Didn’t really care. The overall vibe of the hotel is drab and the tiny room has a depressing view onto a tiny courtyard. I would not recommend.

Disappointing stay

There was a lack of towels for the first stay. Also, there was misinformation regarding breakfast price. It should be 540 UAH. This increase should be updated on hotel information but both hotels.com and this hotel did not. Last one, hotel did not provide complimentary service mentioned by hotels.com. Anyone who interested in membership benefits, I would recommend you not to use this hotel.

Top-notch. This was one of the best hotels I stayed in the last thirty years. Perfect for a tired jet-lagged traveler or for a weekend get-away. Be sure to try their restaurant.

The hotel staff and facility provide a professional service and location; nothing was too difficult and individuals were on hand to offer advise and assistance when requested. I’ll definitely revisit the hotel in the future.

A beautiful hotel near a key metro station and a short walk from points of interest. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. It seemed the entire staff was English-speaking, and they were more than willing to help. I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a beautiful property, but the great people were what really made the difference.
