This was a great hotel to stay at in Kyoto. We loved our room, and it was very spacious. Do note that you cannot check in early, but the hotel will let you leave your baggage locked in the lobby until you can access your room.

Very cute hotel with an awesome tatami area. It ended up being a little small for 4 adults, but that was somewhat expected. Location was great and the price was very reasonable. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was helpful with check in and check out. The location was safe and quiet, yet just a short walk to Yasaka Pagoda and the charming streets filled with shops and cafés. The train station is about a 13-minute walk, which can feel a bit long in the summer heat, but everything else about the location was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Pros: Location is quiet and a walkable distance to places/attractions Rooms are very clean and spacious with a traditional tatami style. Bathroom was also great. Affordable pricing for the stay and rooms Can send luggages through their traveling system to other hotels/airport Cons: No active staff there, so will have to contact through messages and can cause delays in requests, especially if you want to send luggages There is laundry, but it is extremely slow
