“Kind employees. Small room with many mosquitos. Insects beeping all night long.”

“Coffee machine and head board of bed were dusty. AC did not cool for 2 days. Hotel does not feel welcoming. Staff were great.”

“I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.”

“Why is this place available on trip advisor? The host was rude. No one at reception, had to be buzzed in the building everytime I needed to get to my room. The AC unit looked like it hasnt been cleaned in years with mildew accumulation was visible, the room smelled stuffy, the towels had stains of usage from. Not being cleaned properly. Thank goodness I had my own towel in my bag. I openrd up a blanket on the bed to sleep on it”

“The hotel is in the hills overlooking Fort de France with spectacular ocean views. Each room is unique, mixing old colonial pieces with modern design in side a large mansion style property. Dining options are very limited on site, so you can either order a meal delivered to the restaurant area or walk 15 minutes to the nearest restaurant if you don't have a car. Peter at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. We were there off season so the hotel was very quiet so the experience may be……

“Un hôtel qui mériterait de former son personnel à l'accueil client et à approfondir quelque peu le ménage, que ce soit dans les chambres avec un passage à la va vite et des parties communes limites, avec par exemple du café renversé au milieu des escaliers toujours pas nettoyé après plusieurs jours. Pas d'eau chaude pendant 2 jours sans que cela ne perturbe le personnel. Chambre bruyante côté couloir mais surtout aucune isolation phonique avec chambre voisine. Séjour de 10 jours où l'on vous……

“St. Pierre is the most beautiful and natural part of the island. The TiPelican was perfect for our family of four. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the location is on the water and in the center of town. We rented the two bedroom suite. Each room had its own air conditioning, the living room and kitchen was also air conditioned. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook something. “Quirky, boutique style hotel/lodge with beautiful, large, independent and well equipped villas, in the hills above Les Trois Ilets. Exceptional views of the bay from the main hotel. Perfect relaxation, after a week out at sea on a sailing boat. Out door spa was wonderfully relaxing with their signature massage for 2. The staff were very well trained, welcoming and nothing was too much. The lady on the front desk could not do enough for us to make our stay pleasant. Incredible value for money.”
