The property had some wonderful old world charm in its style and decor, including a piano player in the open air lobby. The property is located in a good area to walk the many stores, restaurants/coffee houses, and places of history. We also had very nice massages done while we were there (which were part of our VIP experience) which was very pleasant.

Wey rude front desk when my girlfriend returned after a day shopping. Another ID check was required and quite forceful about it. The restaurant that may not be a part of the same company had great food and atmosphere, however a heated debate between the servers and the cashier over $4.00 Plenty of other places to stay

Amazing all the way around. From food to customer service. I will stay here when I return to Panama. Excellent!!!

Demasiado ruido se escucha en la habitación del tráfico y las fiestas de alrededor. El hotel muy bonito estilo antiguo y el personal muy amable.
