Amazing front desk & cleaning staff! All were very kind. This hotel looks kinda old & vintage (elevators were a little creepy), but I loved it. I would totally stay there again. The location is great.

The room was small but comfortable. Rooftop restaurant and pool was welcoming. We had a mix up during check in where front desk staff told both my partner and I that breakfast was included in the room cost (18 euros per person) During check out we were told by a different front desk staff that breakfast was actually not covered. We paid the cost of the breakfasts, but wished it had been more clearly communicated to us.

The building itself is sketchy and so is the surrounding area, especially for the price. The room itself was very nice and clean but you can hear the train rumbling every few minutes. The staff was very nice and helpful but not an area you want to stay in when first visiting Zaragoza.
