The rooms were dated and there was a musty smell in the room and corridor. The restaurant area has been done up nicely, they need to do the same with the room. The room rate had been inflated due to the solar eclipse, which wasn’t the purpose of our visit

Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

Excellent stay at the Valencia. Staff really friendly and accommodating. Room amazing and so were the amenities, clean, well decorated. Enjoyed booking out the gym and use of shower facilities on departure when we had a late flight. No questions, would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

The pictures were different from the property, it was quite run down and cheaply finished, so don’t expect plush. It was a good location, and the bedroom spaces were good, but no aircon in them, only the main living area. Basic facilities and we found a cockroach in the fridge. It was quite stressful checking in as we needed to put a €200 deposit down that we were not aware of when we booked. Overall not impressed and we would not recommend.
