Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Unfortunately some of its facilities were not operational such as the beach club, second (beachfront) restaurant). Air conditioning in the room did not work. Staff seemed functional but not particularly welcoming. Perhaps they felt it was the end of the season. Maybe they should fully function and then close rather than stay half open.

The staff was amazing. It was great to have a restaurant right there. The beach was right there, literally down the steps! It was a very very nice beach. After staying here for two nights, I felt refreshed and relaxed. I had the only single room in the place, which was up a large number of stairs, the last flight being of a small creaky wooden circular staircase. If you have trouble walking upstairs, this might not be your place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location.

Location: 30 mins walk along the beach front promenade from the old town. Buses unreliable & parking on the streets difficult. Car Park at hotel 15 euro/day. Everywhere very clean & well maintained. Small pool area with good sunbeds and umbrellas - no problems with towels on beds early Sept - hotel quiet. We stayed 3 adults in a two bed comfort apt - 5F - 2 balconies, new furniture, modern bathroom, good aircon, free safe. Was missing a kettle and a toaster - managed to get a kettle from reception. No large glasses or wine glasses. Some noise from the padel court next door but probably not a problem in all blocks of the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Everything was incredible, the sea views from the room and the restaurant. The parking facilities and the beautiful grounds, but most especially the whole staff made us feel like family! We love Alghero!
