"Based on my person experience and my opinion ONLY. Stayed one night. Check in with Clara was great! Internet was great! Room condition was great! I did not like the music in the hallway by the elevators on the 4th floor. You will hear your neighbors. Be prepared for room inspections and waste 5-7 minutes before you will check out—this hotel will count towels and pillows to make sure you did not steal. The area was great! "The property is located very close to the Witches Market and central Cathedral. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was as per many other hotels of this class. If you have heavy luggage there is no lift and staff don’t offer to help carry luggage up to your floor level. In my case 5th floor. The view from the breakfast area is across the city."

"The hotel was nice, staff was helpful and nice, location was great. Bed was comfortable. My only con is that I asked them to call me a taxi. Often they call reliable people. The taxi driver managed to rip me off with the “I can’t make change for you” have you give smaller bill but keep the larger bill. I know to watch out for that but was too busy trying to corral my family to notice until it was too late. "
