"I thought it was an amazing experience. I loved the breakfast and the rooms were so clean. The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed my time there with my family. The only things I would improve are the surrounding area’s which are a little sketchy and how you have to pay for snacks in your room, but that alone isn’t enough for me to rate the experience less than 5 stars. "For my first visit to Colombia, I chose to stay at Firenze Lofts based on the description in Expedia and the recommendation of my friend who lives in Medellín. Our room was bright and open and had a beautiful view of the city. Having a small kitchen in the room was very convenient. The hotel was located in a residential area, so my friend and I got around mainly by Uber. However, the hotel provided transportation to El Poblado for its tour packages. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave me a workout with my Spanish. Overall, my experience at Firenze Lofts was very positive. "

"Great alternative for a quick stay near Lima airport. Clean, great staff gave us boxed breakfast in the morning. Complementary shuttle to airport. Near construction hence the 3 star for area around property. Not noisy. Good A/C , warm water. We were a family of 4 with 2 teens."
