Still Waters is a 720 sq ft condo located at 794 Main Street #203,1.5 blocks from the Madeline Island Ferry dock. It is on the upper level of what the locals call “the blue building”, in the heart of La Pointe. A Café, coffee shop, moped rental, and laundry are in the lower level shops. Walking distance to all the restaurants.
Still Waters is a one bedroom, with a queen size bed overlooking the veranda at the back of the building. It has one bath with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a coffee bar. It has a spacious living room with Lake Superior views.
Seven miles to Big Bay Town Park www.bigbaytownpark.com, 5.5 miles to Big Bay State Park https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/parks/bigbay, and two blocks to Joni’s Beach. The closest tennis court is 400’ at the Harry Nelson Rec center. Madeline Island Golf Club and the Marina are one mile away. Please look at the Madeline Island Chamber of Commerce website for more information about the island and area attractions www.madelineisland.com

Cozy condo, close to everything in LaPointe, but still very quiet. Lake Views are from the living room windows, the deck with outdoor seating is on the back of the building. Loved our stay!

Lovely and comfortable
This condo lacked for nothing. I loved that it is right in town. We could smell the bakery in the morning! It was surprisingly quiet .I would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay on the island!
This was our second time staying here in late July. The accommodations are perfect for two people. Everything is very clean with nice decorations. The bed is very comfortable. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom kept us plenty cool during the hot humid days. The kitchen set up is great and had everything we needed to make meals while we stayed. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

self vacation
My intention was to experience as much outdoors activities as I could. The location of this condo was perfect. It's right on top of the ebike/moped shop, coffee shop, cheesy tourist shops and two art galleries. Everything was in walking distance and I was lucky enough to experience the music coming from two establishments at night. The view of the lake was limited. However, all of the other experiences were a great escape for me.

Cute apartment close to everything!
The apartment is bigger than the pictures look, and very nice with homey touches. It is within walking distance to everything in La Pointe, including the ferry terminal.
