Find your own desert zen in this stylish retreat with three ensuite bedrooms, private saltwater pool, attached casita, and a premium location. We are pet friendly and located within the prestigious PGA West golf community you will be adjacent to world class courses, shopping and restaurants at Old Town La Quinta, as well as just minutes from the Empire Polo Grounds home to the world famous Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.

Palm on the Drive is that perfectly designed clean and modern desert-inspired bungalow retreat that you are looking for. Featuring a spacious salt water pool with outdoor covered sitting and lounging space.

All three bedrooms include spacious and modern ensuite bathrooms and a powder room is available for guests. The third bedroom is a private casita with its own keyed entrance facing the interior pool and courtyard. The bathrooms feature sleek vertical glass tiles to the ceiling and modern arched glass panel dividers. The kitchen includes the latest appliances from KitchenAid, Samsung, and complimentary Nespresso is included.

As our valued guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, Pebble Tec pool, and all private outdoor spaces during your stay. The driveway and two-car garage is available for your personal use and provides ample parking.

Guests will also have complimentary access to the Signature Community Club House during the duration of your stay which includes a fitness room, barbecue grill, bocce ball space, indoor and outdoor entertainment space, family-sized pool, and soaking whirlpool hotub.

Feel invited and relaxed as Palm on the Drive at Signature at PGA West is a guard-gated community directly adjacent to the Signature Club House and the Pete Dye-Designed Stadium Golf Course at PGA West.

Palm on the Drive - House Rules
• Overnight (10 PM - 7 AM) stay maximum number of guest allowed is 6 adults or up to 2 adults and 4 children.
• Only three beds (1 King and 2 Queens) are provided irregardless of the number of guests listed up to the maximum overnight guests allowed.
• Daytime (7 AM - 10 PM) maximum number of guest allowed is 12 occupants including the number of registered overnight guests.
• There should be no noise after 10 pm that may disturb at all the neighbors or other guests. Please keep music and voices to an appropriate level during the daytime as well between 7 am and 10 pm.
• Guests are advised that the City of La Quinta noise level rules will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply with the rules may result in you receiving any citation(s) and related fines issued to the property. If a citation is issued, fines range from $1,000 - $5,000 per violation.
• Guests are required to place their trash and recyclables in the bins of the home they are renting. Trash and trash bins must NOT be visible in front of the home.
• Please park all vehicles either on the driveway or in the garage. Up to 4 vehicles per stay are free to park on property.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect—clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better). The space had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location made it easy to unwind and enjoy every moment. Whether we were lounging, cooking, or just soaking in the peaceful vibes, it truly felt like the best mini vacation ever. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Easter weekend in La Quinta

Not only is the location superb as it’s located across from the PGA golf course but the home itself was immaculate and wonderfully decorated. Every detail and amenity provided were well thought out by the owner. All communication with the owner was expedient and efficient. We had such a beautiful stay and will definitely be booking again.

Eric was amazing to work with and had the property in great shape when we arrived. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Little extras in the bathroom like soap and shampoo was also nice. Eric went above and beyond and even shipped a shirt that we inadvertently left behind. Definitely a house I would use again.

AMAZING Property & Owner.

A gorgeous, clean, and newly updated property. I was so impressed with the design and functionality of the whole house. Brand new washer and dryer that work great. The whole house is large and comfortable. Even better, it is pet friendly! Eric was fabulous to communicate with and was very responsive the entire stay. I can’t wait to stay here again!!

STUNNING beautifully designed full home in PGA west

The best place I’ve stayed in the desert! Absolutely stunning home with gorgeous interior design. Everything you need with high end appliances. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Eric is immediately response and super hospitable. 15/10 would recommend.

Father-in-Law's Bday

Traveled to La Quinta (a place we are quite familiar with) for my Father-in-Law's bday. The home was modern, quiet, clean, and easy to navigate. Nice sitting area, clean pool, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and gated community. Eric was extremely easy to communicate with - both in regards to the house itself and with recommendations. Down the street from the PGA West clubhouse, short drive to old town, and hop, skip and jump away from Indian Wells / Palm Desert. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hidden Gem in La Quinta

This is our family’s second trip to the PGA West community. It is a beautiful resort-style gated community that feels like it was built for vacation rentals. The home itself was spacious, clean, modern and nicely furnished and decorated. The pool itself can be heated, which was great. The listing mentioned a “hot tub” which is not in the private pool, it’s in the nearby pool which was at least conveniently located right behind the house. The community area also has things like BBQs and some games. The host was helpful and communicative. Overall a very comfortable stay here and we would visit again.
