"This modern property is in the very centre of Louvain-la-Neuve, just five minutes' walk from the railway station. The receptionist was professional and spike good English. Our room was spotlessly clean and served daily by the housekeeping team. We did not dine in the hotel but had a number of snacks, hot chocolate, etc., from the bar."

Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. "Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious Belgian style breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. Only downside was narrow stairway due to age of property. Would definitely stay here again."

"I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again "
