There was a gas pipe sticking up in the middle of the bedroom. The toilet roll was the last few sheets of an old roll. The towel wasn’t fit to dry a wet dog. Disgusting. Then out of the bedroom window on the ‘terrace’ a cup full of cigarette ends and a used condom. We could not stay here. Trying to get a refund and they’ve not silent. Ruined the end of our...
