“The size of the space and the amazing view were stunning, the bedrooms were large with clean comfortable beds, but it quickly became obvious that many important details needed attention. The WiFi password was not available without calling service desk. The television in the living room had a malfunctioning remote and the cable service remote did not work at all. The television in the bedroom would turn on but had no inputs and no antenna. The bathrooms had limited light and and unknown residue……

“The location of this rental is great. Private beach, nearby restaurants, tons of space. We did, however, have a lot of issues with the condo itself. The entire time we were there the wifi didn't work, and I had to do some remote work in the small lobby. The stovetop also didn't work so we couldn't heat things up or make coffee, and the water stopped working several times over the week. There was an awful and very pungent sewage smell that emanated from all the drains, especially the bathrooms.……
