“It's s very good place for my family's vacation. The room is clean when we arrived and all staffs are friendly. Perfect view and beach, Great. BTW, it will be better if hotel can provide coffee everyday, haha.”

“From checkin to checkout and everything in between - zero complaints. Checkin was friendly, fast and efficient, the room was clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping kept the rooms stocked, clean and tidy. On my first day there I had lost an earring without being aware of it. The next day, there was my earring by the sink - they had found it on the floor and set it in plain sight for me to find. The restaurant staff did such a great job. The service was top notch and they made you……

“Everything is perfect at Aura del Mar. We prefer the Superior Suite because of the extra room and the elevated view. The pool area is excellent with plenty of shade. Another few steps and you are on the beach! The restaurant has amazing food. We loved the nightly happy hour on the sunset viewing deck. Abel treats his customers like family. Roxy at the front desk and Carlos who books excursions are both helpful and making every guest feel at home.”

“El personal es muy amable y te hacen sentir cómodo y bienvenido, la habitación es amplia, cuenta con refrigerador que funciona a la perfección, esta cerca del centro y del malecón, puedes ir sin problemas caminando. El único punto que podría observar es el baño, las baldosas están manchadas, ojo, no sucias solo manchadas. El horario tanto para ocupar la alberca como para salida es mas extenso que en otros lados, de verdad tiene un ambiente muy tranquilo, hay un área con mesas en donde puedes……
