"We stayed here 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. Clean space, great host, and wonderful memories. Unfortunately this stay was disappointing. The air conditioning in one bedroom was broken for the duration of our stay. A ceiling fan was rusted and broken. The house attendant was very nice, but did not wash towels, even after we used them several times and left them visibly soiled in the hamper to be washed. "Check in was nice and quick. Raul at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Gave me all the information and told me about restaurants and places to see. The hotel staff was very quiet and stealth when performing their chores. And also friendly with greetings. The room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit hard but nice enough to sleep in. There was a small fridge to keep a few beverages in. They serve breakfast for a price but we opted out because we wanted to try places outside of the hotel. There was also a nice balcony with a couple of chairs and a hammock which we used a lot. The bathroom was nice and clean and there were plenty of towels. The vanity area was large. The pool was small but nice and comfortable for a swim. There were hardly any people around so we enjoy it. There are also 3 resident iguanas in the area but they are harmless and you hardly see them. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be back for another nice holiday. Highly recommend Ensueno de fuga for a nice relaxing stay. "
