All of the staff were very friendly. Cleaning lady was the best. She made sure she checked in with us each day. She really treated us like family. The shuttle between the 3 resorts was very convenient. Overall really a great experience.

once we arrived, there was no water in the room, the towels were dirty, and when we asked the staff to give us new towels because ours were dirty, they said that they would not bring them up to us that we had to go down to the lobby and get them ourselves. Also, there was no chairs on the balconies ...
