"Hicimos una reservación con bastante anticipación de 5 noches. Al llegar no había personal disponible para el check in. No aparecía nuestra reservación aún siendo pagada con anterioridad. "The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet but the food is not as good as I expected. The service was excellent, the shows were entertaining and fun. The herradura restaurant was great. If the food was of better quality the hotel would be a 5 stars"

"Pros: Overall, it is a nice place to stay. Close to Panaca, huge room, beautiful nature around. The best of thiss place is Sandra (the host) who is extremely kind, helpful and cooks a delicious breakfast. Cons: Limited offer and schedule in the restaurant. No bar in the room.
