Its in Jati area which surround by many club & bar. So you wouldn't get sleep until 3.30am because it was to loud. If you are in family, it is better to find place far from Jati Commercial area.

Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. At night, we found out our toilet couldn’t flushed properly and called to the front desk for help. All they could do was guide you on how to fix it through phone instead of sending someone in to help. Was charged a fee for extra towel requested. This was my first encounter after experiencing on staying different hotels previously. In addition to that, Could hear pub music at night next to our room and the music played through the hallway at morning in our room. Not worth the price for such services.

Great Location

Location is very Great, there are many shop around, only a bit noisy at night because there have a pub beside the hotel, room is comfartable and clean.

Room was very basic, just a bed and little hanging space, one chair and desk,no shower screen, had to ask for a second towel,as there was two of us. However the bed was comfortable, had to go out for all meals. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Staff dishonest

1. very noisy till midnight, the room just beside pub 2. the batroom water hole stuck. water came out everytime bath. 3. overall staff are ok except a chinese girl working at noon time. her attitude was rude and create a lot of nonsense excuse.

The hotel location is within the city centre and walking distance to the jetty. The room is clean and comfortable considering that I am staying alone. But the hotel is next to the bar and the noise level is very very very high. I cant sleep till 3.00 am because of this disturbance.

Noisy and irresponsibility hotel

The KL hotel just next to disco pub and there is another KTV lounge at the back of hotel. Imagine, at 2.50am morning, the pub music so loud that can beat your heart while the KTV noises almost like your neighbor singing the songs. It's irritating, annoying and frustrating. After such a torment, I have complained to lady boss at front desk. She said this is norm and she had filed several complaints to authority. She said she can't do much with it. (She even no apologies at all). It's so irresponsible, unethical and no moral. The hotel just want to make money regardless the customers priority for their stay. I will strongly recommend you to stay other hotel with the same price point. There are hundred of hotels that offer the same price point. Why you want to pay for the price and get all the frustration and suffering.
