"Some hotels don't live up to the marketing hype or don't look like the pics. This resort hotel is not one of them. As beautiful as the pics look on the hotel ap, reality is even better. If that's possible. The view from our chalet was stunning. The management and team went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There is a definite family vibe to this resort. The pool was devine after a day in the sun. Food was while not the strong point was still of a good quality. The only real negative was that a vehicle cannot access the hotel. So our bags were collected by a scooter while we had to walk the 80 metres from the main road to the hotel. If that is the price for having a room perched on a hillside overlooking the terraced rice fields, then I'll pay it. A fabulous stay. Highly recommended."

"​The staff don't speak much English, but luckily Sinh is there—he speaks English perfectly and helps you with everything. ​I highly recommend using the 30-minute free massage and adding a 90-minute session with Chin. It was the best massage experience I’ve ever had; she is very thorough and doesn't miss a single muscle. ​The hot swimming pool is great at night, and I loved taking a fresh dip in the morning after a bike ride through the rice fields next to the hotel. The restaurant is great, and the breakfast offers a large selection of both Western and Vietnamese food. ​I had a mountain-view room, but it seems all rooms have a view (some overlook the pool in the foreground, others the spa roof). Definitely a great choice!"

"Pu Luong was a great place to visit. Our room had a great deck over looking mountains and tiered rice paddies. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys.
