Cheap decent room

When we arrived, the room door was already open before we even got to the room. There were cleaning chemicals left inside, and it appeared that the room had not been fully cleaned. The bathroom was not clean, the outlet in the bedroom did not work, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. On top of that, the water did not get hot. It was barely lukewarm, if even that, which made it difficult to properly shower and get comfortable. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we expected the room to be clean, safe, and fully functional when we arrived.
