Beautiful grounds and amazing staff. Location is wonderful. Spa and rooms need TLC and are in some disrepair. Book excursions early or they’re not available. Limited food options for vegetarians. Very beautiful spaces around the hotel. You probably need a car

Oportunidades de mejora; 1) Mantener sin telas de araña de la parte superior del pasillo a habitaciones en Casa Explorador 2) Mantener barrido (una vez por día) los accesos pavimentados y de madera a Hotel y Casa Explorador 3) Sugiero considerar puesto de trabajo para una persona que haga como “Dueña de Casa”, que se fije en detalles 4) En los senderos, donde se indica la dirección de un destino, se agregue cuantos metros faltan para ese destino. Esto es para que la persona decida si continúa o regresa. Ya cerca del ocaso del día, podría ser recomendable regresar antes de oscurecer 5) En los senderos, así como se indican los destinos en cada bifurcación; también para regresar se indique en las bifurcaciones, la dirección para salida o para regresar al área de Parking
