“La qualité du service rien à dire parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Par contre la propreté de la chambre moyenne. Le tapis est très sale, le toilette avec des traces jaunes, cheveux dans le lit... Faites attention car l'hôtel est très loin de Marrakech, et il n'y a rien à faire dans cette ville. Il faut remonter à Marrakech à chaque fois presque 1h de trajet et le taxi coûte chère. ”

“Bellissima esperienza da consigliare per chi ama il contatto con la natura del deserto senza rinunciare a qualche comfort. Non è però facile da raggiungere in macchina. Conviene farsi venire a prendere da loro. Io ci sono arrivato autonomamente a fine 2024 e la strada era molto danneggiata. Siamo arrivati di notte perchè Google maps ci mandava nel posto sbagliato e abbiamo dovuto farci dare indicazioni dai locali che non parlavano inglese. “Yessir and Khalid were very attentive with an issue I had with the tv and quickly got it taken cared of. Yessir answered all of the questions I had as this was my first trip to Marrakech. Khalid is his concierge/valet and was a very big help with my suitcases and housekeeping concerns. I cleaned my own apartment but Khalid changed out my trash and assisted with other issues. There is a grocery store just steps away. Its about a 5 - 7 mIn walk to nearby shops and cafes. You will not be……
