If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. It was chilly in the late afternoon and evening... the gardener always lit the open fire. Most relaxing and warm. Food was good, freshly prepared, tasty and nutritious but be aware, the prices are high. 1.5 litre bottle of water 35MAD Staff friendly, smiling and willing to help in any way. Hammam and massage was very good. Convenient free shuttle service into Marrakech. After 17.30 you have to pay but driver will pick you up at your convenience. Bathroom was functional and spacious but I maybe needs updating. Bed was comfortable but I really DO NOT like the sheet directly on mattress. For reasons of hygiene there should be mattress cover/ protector on the mattress and then sheet on top of that. Same with the pillows. There should always be a pillow protector underneath pillowcase. I appreciate that for some this may not be an issue, but to me it is common sense and hygienic. My daughter and my friends daughter ate the same thing in the hotel and both got food poisoning. We told the hotel but they still charged for what they had eaten. Two of the staff stood out as being very helpful and made our holiday special. They are Abdul and Mo. The pool is unheated and was freezing cold so we weren’t able to use it. Bref, je suis déçu de cette mentalité. Propre, accueillant, et un personnel des plus agréables avec grands espaces, convient pour tout type de vacances. Excentré de Marrakech, à moins de 15 min du centre, le mieux est d’etre Véhiculé, sinon le Riad Jawad propose un système de Navette qui vous assure les aller/retour. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, et la nourriture y est très bonne. Étant lassé des hôtels bruyants du centre où des piscines à l’ombre, ici tout était parfait! We missed our connecting flight so we got to the hotel at midnight. We had informed the staff and one of the made sure to stay up to welcome us and check us in. The daily free ride to the center was so helpful. Breakfast was really good (they even made omelettes for you and its included). The rooms are gorgeous and the place is stunning. Ruhiger und sehr entspannender Aufenthalt fern vom Stadttrubel. Kostenloser Shuttle der in die Innenstadt fährt. Aber etwas versteckte Lage und dadurch schwer für außenstehende Taxifahrer zu finden. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders, allerdings für die Anzahl der Gäste ausreichend. Waren zu viert in einem Zimmer, das war ok. Atmosfären är väldigt avkopplande. Vill man göra Marrakech tar det bara ca 20 minuter in till Medinan och transporten ingår i priset (100 MAD tillägg efter 18). Maten är väl inte den roligaste men inte särskilt dyr för att vara ett hotell och fullt ätlig. Det sämsta med detta hotell är mottagandet av den kvinnliga receptionisten. Man får lätt intrycket att gästerna mest är till besvär. Inför vår förflyttning från en riad i medinan, tog det dessutom många försök innan vi fick kontakt med hotellet för upphämtning och det orsakade onödig oro.
