Book Lahat Promenade Bed & Breakfast

Beautiful property, great staff , free coffee and wine at all times. My only comment is the room size and bathroom. We were at room 105 ( with the balcony and the bathroom was not comfortable at all .

I loved our Luxe stylish room and adorable marble bathroom, the super comfy beds like they were made in Heaven, great hospitality by the front desk (we love you Ms. Cecile!) and overall wonderful experience I would love to have again! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to smile from beginning till end during their Iconic hotel stay :)

Clean room, very good staff

I loved the modern amenities and artwork

Amazing and artistic hotel close to business district. Walking distance to bus stations and beach. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Coffee is tasty. Staff are very kind and helpful. Located at a safe and neat area right across IDF base and next to an art center. Highly recommended!

Great central location. Walking distance to the market and the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. We had no problem checking in at 1 in the morning. Breakfast was good and served until 10:30. The rooms are great for couples, but probably not for families as the bathroom has no privacy. But it was a great deal, great price and great experience. The reasons for 4 stars is because there wasn’t a lot of amenities like a hot tub, gym, etc. but other than that it was...

Drove in by car from Amman for the weekend. Very modern and stylish hotel, very conveniently located in the middle of everything. Friendly and helpful staff (call her Goldie), nice breakfast buffet with lots of local specialities. Rooms modern and comfy, but on the small side. Important when you travel by car to Tel Aviv, as parking is extremely rare: free parking space available in garage under the hotel, but steep and curling access, not made for SUVs or big cars. Would I recommend? YES.

This a brand new hotel. I stayed there for 5 night the rooms are very clean and nice and super comfortable. Jeanine and Havah are super nice and very caring and go above and beyond for their guest. The hotel still has some kinks to work out. Our room key would not work most of the time and had to keep getting it replace which was annoying. The hotel breakfast wasn’t that great and the food was removed at 11 am on the dot even if people were still eating. The pool is very small and there is no...

Walking distance to the beach and shopping. Easy access to transportation

Many compliments to the staff. The best breakfast feast of all my touring. I think the chef is a Russian mama who loves to cook! Clean and quaint hotel in a great art district with Jewish, Muslim, and Christian communities.

Simply great. The staff is helpful and the hotel is clean and new. Very close to the beach and port

The hotel is located at the heard of Jaffa flea market, the hottest most hipster area of tel aviv. The hotel atmosphere and design are very Jaffa-y (I was living in Jaffa for 8 years) and give you a very authentic experience of the area.

Pros: Room: Nice sized & bright room. Bed was comfortable, linens were soft. Location: Great location!! The hotel is very central, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. Breakfast and Happy Hour: Breakfast is the best ever with superb choices. Omelets, breads, fresh vegetables & fruit, espresso – so delicious! Every afternoon happy hour with a lovely selection of drinks and snacks – even music one evening! Rooftop Terrace: Beautiful terrace to take in the...

Very good hotel

From the moment you all in through the outdoor cafe and bar/restaurant you realize you are in a different type of place. Then you begin to notic the little artistic details. The hand-cut paper flowers fill your visual senses from all directions and from places you would never expect. The antique lights and mirrors, the little details. And then the room. The most inviting feeling I have ever experienced in a hotel. Like you are home. In a sanctuary. The most comfortable bed, pillows, and softest...

Went for wedding which then got postponed due to COVID So staying at BY14 TLV sever as good base to do different things, staff helpful and 2 blocks from beach. Would recommend as a small boutique type hotel
