Welcome to our private cottage with country charm built 1917.

Situated in southern Sweden on the west coast. In Hallands southern part near Skånes border, in the heart out of country with nature and fields around. Next to Hallandsåsen and the beautiful beech forest.
Lokally situated 3 km to highway E6 and close to many places. 9 km to the resort Båstad on Bjärehalvön to Swedens longest sandy beach 12 km long, extending from Båstad in south to Halmstad in north, with many several nice place to swim.
Mellbystrand 15 km, Skummeslövstrand 13 km.
Gothenburg 1 h 50 min.

Helsingborg 40 min and the ferries to Denmark 20 min

It is a very cozy cottage. Everytjing was in order and very clean and the owner was really nice and helpdul. We can only recommend this cottage.

Great stay in the south of Sweden

Wonderfull and lovely house with everything you need to have a really nice vacation time in Sweden. Very supportive contact with the owner who is living not far away. We stayed there over Christmas/New Year and it was a very pleased time.

Hübsches kleines Häuschen

Hübsches Häuschen in einer Gegend, von der man viele Unternehmungen machen kann. Es sollte aber erwähnt werden, dass es keine getrennten Schlafzimmer gibt. Wir waren mit Freunden und waren etwas überrascht, dass es diese so nicht gab, sondern ein offener Dachboden auf dem links und rechts hinter einer Wand die Betten standen. Ansonsten alles vorhanden und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Auch beim 2.Mal wunderbar

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Annelis wunderschönem Haus. Schon vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Uns gefällt besonders die Lage. Die Nähe zum Meer, aber auch zum Hallandsåsen bietet sehr verschiedene Aktivitäten. Anneli ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das war nicht unser letzter Urlaub in diesem roten Schwedenhaus!

Wie im Bilderbuch

Unsere Ferien erlebten wir wirklich als eine Erholung für die Seele. Annie, die Gastgeberin, ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei per app und Annie konnte englisch sowohl als auch uns auf dänisch verstehen. Das Haus wirkt auf einen, wie als wäre es ein Haus aus Astrid Lindgrens Erzählungen. Unsere fast 2 Jahre alte Tochter liebte es im Garten zu spielen und war ganz interessiert an den kleinen Äpfelbäumen :) Das Haus hat ein sehr sehr schönen Stil, ein mix aus Landhausstil und einem romantischen Touch . Jeden Morgen weckte uns die Sonne.... Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich, hell und freundlich. Wir kommen mehr als gerne zurück 😍🇸🇪 Lieben Gruß Merret und Familie

Sehr ordentliche Unterkunft, alles recht praktisch, nette Gastgeberin, sehr gute Küchenausstattung mit vielen nützlichen Geräten (man kann sogar backen: Mixer und Waage vorhanden), Mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand nach Båstad über Nebenstraßen: 12 km, sehr schnelles Internet, schöne Wanderwege für kleine Rundgänge in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar

Wunderbares altes, aber perfekt renoviertes Haus auf dem Land, 10 Minuten vom Strand. Die Kinder haben es geliebt, im Garten zu spielen. Nichts zu bemängeln, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Geweldig een droom die uitgekomen is 🤩

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in het huisje van Anneli, alles is aanwezig en het is nog leuker dan op de foto’s. Het was altijd een droom in een echt Zweeds huisje te wonen, dit hebben we een week kunnen ervaren en het was super !!! Omgeving is leuk, Bastad aan de kust, Laholm in het binnenland, activiteiten in de omgeving, alles was heel fijn. Het ontvangst heel hartelijk door Anneli, wij hopen nog eens terug te komen, en dan misschien wel naar het andere huis in de bossen, dit lijkt ons ook heel leuk!

Very lovely and traditionally swedish cottage

As we arrived at the cottage, we were very excited because everything was so neat and lovely arranged. Each room was so cozy and we felt at home immediately. The cottage had everything we could ask for. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the dining room also had a high chair for our son. The beedroom was also perfectly equipped. It even contained a very comfortable wooden baby crib. In the living room Anneli showed us the shelf with toys, games, books and DVDs for kids. Our sun loved playing with the Duplo :) . Anneli welcomed us very heartily, showed us around the cottage and gave us some usefull tips about the surrounding. We also found a lovely „welcome-postcard“ in the dining room :) . We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely place and would love to visit again someday.
