unpleasant treatment and no promised service

"after a very long drive we have arrive to find out that we were lied about our booking and there is an extra cost for using spa services. it was supposed to be a romantic trip and we drove all the way from Copenhagen to face very rude manager of the hotel and ending up cancelling the stay and destroying ..."

"Fint hotell med sköna sängar. Hann inte testa maten i restaurangen men frukosten var ok. Inte överdrivet mycket att välja på men det fanns det vanliga. Nära till stranden och personalen var tillmötesgående när vi behövde hyra cyklar."
