“Hi, I’d like to actually request a half refund considering the state of the home. There was no AC, in the middle of summer when temperatures outside reach the 90s meaning temperatures inside were in the 80sIt was incredibly uncomfortable, almost unbearable. If we had booked for a 2nd night we wouldn’t have been able to stay there.Not only that, it was dusty and dirty. It looked like no one had been there to clean for months.
