“El personal fue muy cordial y atento. Los servicios estuvieron excelentes. La habitación encontre 2 inconvenientes. El primero fue el sanitario tiene un poco de sarro. En la regadera al parecer anteriormente contaba con dos puertas corredizas de vidrio. En la habitación que me hospede, solo contaba con una. Y en lugar de la otra puerta de vidrio tenia una cortina. El hotel esta muy bonito. No deberian de descuidar esos pequeños detalles. Porque de seguir ignorandolos, van hacer que el……

“Overall good hotel, cheap and good staff”

“优点：连锁品牌酒店，整体都很有保证。停车免费且方便。提供冰箱、微波炉、餐桌椅。提供免费早餐，标准的美式早餐，可以自己做华夫饼，选择的品种数量还可以（水果、面包、蛋糕、华夫饼、牛奶、咖啡、果汁、麦片圈等）。 缺点：房间略小，如果3到4人的话，有些拥挤。靠近道路边，紧邻有个加油站，晚上有点吵闹。”

“Really clean and big room. Wasn’t aware they had a spa tub which was a huge bonus. Best part of the room hands down. Would HIGHLY recommend and I will be coming back here if I’m ever in the area. Perfect distance getting to the NOS center too which is why I booked it”

“Clean but extra bed sheet to line blanket would be nice. Great location and tucked away, felt safe and quiet. Comfortable. Not a 5 star hotel but have a 5 star rating because it was quiet and safe. Management could work on communication and professionalism in communicating upon arrival regarding deposit. A little smile and good polite customer service goes a long way. ”

“Parked in front of your room. U shape lot. Took $20 cash deposit in addition to paying with credit card before getting key...whats that about? Got it back when i left.”

“I had an issue with the toilet in the room. I reported the issue to management and he was very kind and gave me a new room without hesitation. Great office staff very kind and always make me feel welcome. ”
