"I like that the bathroom is very clean, complete with bathroom necessities. I suggest another trash can inside, as it’s unsanitary to carry used tissues outside to throw and to keep guests from flushing them instead. The rest was perfect. The lake view didnt disappoint, i felt one with lake champlain ♥️ Special shoutout to Millicent and Natalie ♥️♥️"

"The staff were so incredibly friendly. We came in late, and went to dinner late, still received a great meal and service. Our room was good, with the exception of the room being booked for 4 adults, the pullout couch in main room only slept one adult. The other had to sleep on part of the couch. Also, the room was only set-up for two adults. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would reserve this hotel in the future."

"The location was great. Literally a block off of the highway, 5 miles from Burlington, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were nice...like a studio apartment with a kitchen and living room area. There was plenty of free parking. My only complaint would be that the room smelled VERY strongly of disinfectant or air freshener when I checked in. I am very sensitive to strong scents, so I left the window open to let it air out. After the scent was gone, i could tell that they were trying to mask the odor of cat urine, which was very noticeable. The carpet needs either a thorough shampooing or replacement."
