“Andy was very accommodating to our larger than 20 lb dog. My bad because I didn’t read the background info on acceptable dog size. We brought our own blankets and throws to cover the couch and bed because our guy is a couch potato. The internet modem didn’t function properly until I texted Andy and he gave us “permission” to reboot the modem. It worked fine after that.
