“The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town. There recommendations to go to El Congo made our stop in Lake Coatepaque a wonderful memory point. Possibly the……

“This hotel is Overpriced, overrated and EXPENSIVE!!! The food is ok but ridiculous expensive! Rafael was our waiter at the La Pampas restaurant was very misleading and tried to trick us in to buying food the we did not order. For the amount of money what we spent on this hotel I could easily have stayed at Ritz Carlton on Central Park NY. I will never go back there again!”

“Very friendly staff, cozy clean/updated rooms, appreciated that breakfast started at 630am with many tasty options. Some of the rooms are located off the busy street so inquire in advance or bring earplugs. ”

“Room: bed %100 uncomfortable, so hard even for a necessary one night was BAD. Bathroom: bad odor on the shower, toilet not working properly. No food other than breakfast. No parking! ”

“This was my first hostel and was a great experience. The man at the front was very attentive, kind, and friendly to talk to (wish I got his name!!) I had such a great time in Santa Ana and this was such an amazing hostel to do it in. I loved the location, the people, the room, everything was amazing. I will definitely find myself back here!! Claudia Calderón, encargada del hostal, lo que deja claro que no me hospedé en dicho lugar Casa Luna, luego me marché. Espero que Uds. hagan las correspondientes gestiones para revertir el cobro del pago que hice por medio de tarjeta……
