We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, They called to confirm our check in and verify our arival time so they could have the heat on in the room. Everything was pristine and very comfortable. We.couldnt have been happier and will definatly use them for future trips to that area. The cabin was absolutely perfect. Highly recomend them to everyone.
Great little cabin. Very basic. Hotel is in a great location. Not right in the middle of lake George but very close to everything. Will definitely be staying there again
Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Convenient location. Loved the babbling brook.

Very quaint Adirondack cabin, a harken back to 1960’s family vacations, nice setting in Lake George village. Not ce alternative to higher priced fall foliage hotels. Good off-season highway access.
Clean & cozy, but also needs attention - headboard fell off the bed when plugging into the wall, sink drain very slow, missing lightbulbs, bathroom floor & drapes could be replaced. Outside areas look nice.
Clean and private! I would and will stay there again! Seemed very family friendly too!

If you don’t want to spend a lot of money for lodging and just want to have more money for activities in Lake George, this is the place to stay. The accommodations are satisfactory…you will have to share a kitchen, but for the money this is a good option. Lake George is expensive and if you’re the type of person that will only be in their room to sleep or change clothes, this place is an excellent choice. It’s not the Mariot, but it’s great for the budget conscious. For what it is, I’d give it 7.9 out of 10.

For a motel really great. Only complaint was the room seemed a lil out dated. Still good for quick stay.
Nice to be able to go out back and sit by stream. Close to Lake George and Great Escape.

great stay
nice stay with my kids, yes the room are a bit outdated, but it doesn't change anything for me, i knew i was staying at a motel and for the price, i'm not complaining. It was very confortable, my kids were happy with the park and the pool (both very clean), the staff is friendly and nice, it's close to the main street, nothing bad to say :)
Excellent service, staff was beyond friendly and accommodating, nice rooms along a beautiful river with a backyard to hang out in. Will definitely be coming back
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close enough to downtown shopping, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Nice deck out back of room overlooking a brook.
Excellent value, large rooms next to a beautiful little river. Definitely try to get one of the rooms next to the little river, The rooms have back doors that lead out to a small deck area perfect for relaxing next to the river. Separately, it only took us 15 minutes to walk to the downtown area
Fourth year booking with this location and I’m never disappointed. If you’re okay with a little bit of a walk to get down to the village it is perfect. Babbling broom can be heard from cabins. Porches on the cabins plus trees provide a perfect spot even on a hot day to relax. Clean towels provided daily if needed and staff is always friendly. Small community kitchen for people to cook and beautiful pool.
Nice place. A little outdated but i was here to sleep and shower. Facilities are well maintained. I would come here again

The stay was okay. The carpet was stained and terrible. It smelled. The bath was clean and great. Linens were clean. Okay place needs some TLC. Check in was great.
The Brookside is always a satisfying stay. It's quaint and charming as well as quiet and relaxing. The pool is nice and the stream running through the property is pleasant. We always stay in a cozy cabin set back from the main grounds. The room is small with a small bathroom but still plenty comfy. It's a short drive or a long walk into town depending on how you feel. We like the fact that it's away from the noise and hub-bub of the Village.

Inexpensive, clean. The cabin was a throw back to a 1950's road side motel with the yellow front porch light and wall mounted air conditioner. bathroom was clean and updated shower. For the older and taller population, taller toilets would be a plus.
