We arrived and were given a room on the ground floor with a basement window that looked out to a roof top of AC, no place to hang clothes, you couldn’t swing a cat in the bathroom. To top it off a trash bin lottery outside our door. No wifi, no cell service. I had enough when I had to hold my 7 year old year old up to look out the pathetic basement window. I quickly went to reception and they put us in another room after I went through my list of dissatisfaction. I don’t complain much but when we checked in the woman behind the counter checking us in said your room is quite large. It was not and as I mentioned we had no area or closet for hanging clothes, and she said it had recently been renovated…total lie. Also our toilet seat was broken, we went to the receptionist twice and it never got fixed, it finally broke.

Our stay was great! the staff were very polite with fast service. The pool/fire pit lounge area were clean and organized. The food was really good and the private lake area was so beautiful. Nice hotel for families, I would definitely stay again.

Although pulling into a packed parking lot and seeing how big the hotel was I had the perfect room which was relatively private and quiet (which is what I was going for!). It was nice to have a pool and (small) beach option. The outdoor food/bar was next to the pool and had a beautiful view of the lake. Good margaritas! I asked about having a 15 minute ‘late’ checkout (I had a virtual dr appt 15 mins before check out time and wanted to secure a few extra mins if the call went over 15 mins) and was told with the turnover they weren’t able to accommodate (however when I went on line to see if the room was available for another nights stay I saw that it was…). Housekeeping did a great job. My room key stopped working and with their text system I was able to text and someone responded quickly and got to my room within 10 mins with a new room key. Staff was pleasant.

The hotel has a great location with lots of water activities. Our door was jammed though and the shower went from cold to blazing hot no in between. But the bar at the pool was nice and stay was friendly. I’m a smoker though and could only smoke in the middle of hotel parking lot at a cabana but also understand most people do not smoke and don’t want to be around it. A few more designated spots would be nice.

Good customer service. Convenient patio and bar overlooking the lake. Walking distance to all businesses around the lake area. We parked the car at check-in and didn't have to use the car until we checked out. Clean and well maintained property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Georgian in Lake George. The room was spacious, and the pool and beach areas are well-kept and clean. There is an indoor restaurant overlooking the lake and an outdoor bar practically on the lake! Both were very nice, though service was a bit slow. I recommend this hotel.

The pool, pool bar and mini lakeside beach were just perfect! Very much a family resort so if you're looking for quiet, you might find a few mins of it. Otherwise, not the place for you. The property itself is a little outdated and could use light renovations however the daily housekeeping kept cleanliness at bay! Total plus. Dinner and lunch prices were a little pricey but there are tons of places to eat close by off property, if you must. I enjoyed my time.

Was put in an unremodeled room,and it rained that night and water came in under the door, also the door latch did not properly close. Notified manager and problem was resolved immediately having them put us in a far better room that WAS remodeled. Was very happy after that,as the staff was so very helpful, will be going back again.
