Located just minutes from the lake, downtown, Walmart, movie theaters and the amazing London Bridge. Plenty of parking for your RV(s) and toys. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Brand new heated pool and walls for privacy. All New Built in BBQ, Over 50 of Granite CounterTop space for the ultimate in entertaining. Putting Green, Horseshoe Throwing Pit, Turf Area for Games. New Patio Furniture and fire pit. Entire home renovation was recently completed. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting throughout. Additional wide screen TV for Gaming! Great backyard space for entertaining, large yard with patio cover and seating. Professionally Landscaped front and back with landscape lighting to enjoy after you watch the another Beautiful Lake Havasu Sunset from the backyard. New water softener, new R/O System, central A/C, relaxing heated pool. This is your home away from home. Additional cost to heat the pool. Easy on and off pool cover will reduce propane costs. Details for heating the pool will be provided as requested.

Master Bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, large dresser, ceiling fan, and walk-in shower.

2nd bedroom has queen size bed, ceiling fan, night stand, dresser, and full closet.

Living Room has Satellite TV, sectional with chaise, end table, and large ottoman.

Kitchen/Dining includes all of your dishes, cups, wine glasses, utensils, knives, plasticware, pots/pans, crockpot, blender, electric can opener, and baking needs. Electric range cooktop/oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, and coffee maker.

Full size washer and dryer.

Smoking outside is permitted, smoking is not permitted indoors.
