Also very close to a Bachmann store where you can get delicious salads for a picnic and pastries. "

"We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hermitage. The staff is wonderful, especially Mar who has given us such a warm welcome. On check in, we were accommodated to a rather late dinner reservation with the last call for the restaurant despite our late check in. The room is just wonderful; comfortable, clean, has everything you need and a huge plus: Spectacular views of lake Luzern and the mountains. The Hermitage restaurant has a Michelin star, the food was stellar and the bar was amazing. The staff has been professional, welcoming, and extremely helpful, exemplifying the epitome of a perfect guest experience. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Hermitage. "This property is AMAZING! the location was really nice BUUT the walls are thin you clearly listen to EVERYTHING next door, I hardly sleep one night because a couple in the room next door were super loud, literally felt like they were in my room. "
