The lady at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The hotel’s location, right across from the train station, made it convenient for exploring all the places of interest. The rooms were clean, and the beds comfortable. An added bonus was the availability of the breakfast room in the afternoon and evening. We brought pastries and coffee there and enjoyed the space. We noticed other guests having dinner with food from outside. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it

The staff was very efficient and helpful in storing our luggage when we arrived earlier than the checkin time. The hotel had a nice dining lounge where we had 24 hour access to coffee and tea or bring in food to enjoy in a spacious area.

A perfect hotel literally at the center of Luzern. We could walk everywhere from the hotel and is a short walk from the train station. Lovely staff. A most enjoyable stay.

The Hotel Central Luzern is a city property, so access to shopping, dining, and transportation are readily available. The walk to the covered bridge leading to Old Town was literally a four-minute walk away. The front desk staff was excellent - very accommodating and informative! They also lent us umbrellas to use on our first day due to some persistent rain. Our room was clean and housekeeping kept it that way during our stay. Bedding was very comfortable! The shower and bathroom were clean and of an acceptable size. The property has a breakfast/lounge area and balconies off of the lounge room. This was nice just to get out of the room. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovde the location to the water front and walking with luggage to the train station was easy, beds,staff and breakfast were great!! The problem we had was our room was over the main road and it was hot and stuffy with no AC so we needed the window open but the street below was VERY loud with party people till early in the morning and traffic. Nothing that a small AC couldn't fix

Location is great, near to transportation and tourist spots. What I didn’t like the door knob. Needs the real key to unlock and lock inside and outside knob. I was so scary when my husband went to get something downstairs. He locked the door and not realizing that I can’t leave if there’s an emergency without the key. It’s an old way to unlock. it is not safe for guests inside the room without any key to unlock the door. They have to check for the safety of their guests.
