This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so guests must maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors and on the screened patio. Guests must dispose of all smoking materials properly and be mindful of open doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the home. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The unit is located on the top floor and is accessed by a staircase. Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the water. The water behind the home is a lake-connected channel. Swimming is allowed at guests’ own risk. Guests may fish, bring their own kayaks, or use motorized watercraft, but equipment is not provided and all water activity is at your own risk.
Parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles, and street parking is also permitted. Guests are expected to keep the kitchen tidy, wash used dishes before checking out, and dispose of trash in the proper bins.
