“The internet did not work, there was no TV because internet was down rooms were not properly cleaned. The staff was not helpful. Checked out early because of the poor condition of the rooms and the staff being unhelpful. They did not refund my second day stay that I had paid for through expedia. They said I had to do it. We were there for my grandsons, funeral.
We had a terrible experience at the hotel.”
