There is a pool table, but the pool cues have no tips on them. There is a grill, but it was likely last used a century ago, is rusty and in total disrepair. There is a washer and dryer, but you will need to supply laundry detergent. In a previous review it was mentioned that the bath/shower floor was slick and hazardous. This problem still exists. I went to a local hardware store, bought a bath mat and put it in the tub. I did not leave the mat as the owner can spend $10 to remedy the problem.
