A good view of the skyline of Kowloon mountains from the hotel room, including the famous Lion Rock. Best transportation around the building. Networks of Mass transit Railway, bus, mini bus are all reachable within 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The shopping Centre of Metro Harbour Plaza 5 minutes from the hotel provides most basic needs. Nice staff team. No breakfast but complimentary Bolo Bun and coffee machine are provided at the lobby. A practical way to store the suitcases under the bed while the room is compact.

Five stars all the way around for this property! Highly recommend the CLUB level. This is what a FIVE star hotel is all about! The staff are exceptional. Rooms are gorgeous with a view. When the refrigerator stopped working, they replaced it within ten minutes! The concierge assisted me with some travel bookings. Everyone is so kind and happy to help! Beautiful pool and bar area, saunas, etc. Restaurants and room service are also excellent. The valets assist with luggage and getting taxis and even giving recommendations. When I'm back in HONG KONG, I'll be back at ICON! It was my first time in HONG KONG and the hotel helped me fall in love with the city!

"Very friendly staff. Location is perfect is free shuttle bus. Other Disney hotels and the actual theme park are also within walking distance if the weather permits. We had a sea view room with balcony and it was lovely to the sea right in front of our room. We were treated like VIP when we visited ..."
