“I had a very good stay at the Prospector’s Inn in Kirkland Lake. I originally booked a one bedroom, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a huge three bedroom suite at no extra charge. It was far more space than I needed and offered excellent value. The staff were fantastic. Even though they were off site when I arrived, they immediately came back and the check-in process was easy, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help. “Some of the air conditioners didn’t work the restaurant food was gross over cooked bacon to the point it dust and the breakfast sausage was over cooked I had pancakes and they were frozen and the maple syrup was old coffee was reheated from the day before I had to supply my own towels the plugs didn’t keep anything plugged in for $200.00 a night I don’t recommend staying there at all”

“Very poor condition. There was a rope tied on the front door to pull it open! No safety grips in the bathtub made it very dangerous toilet extremely extremely low poorly painted room no washcloths. No coffee and cake as advertised horrible experience.
