“Clean”

“地點絕佳，就在Clifton hill上，距離遊船和瀑布等景點都蠻近的。停車方便，不過沒有電梯，行李需要自己扛上樓，設備也比較老舊，但整潔度還可以。”

“The jetted tub switch was completely gone, outside light was hanging off the post, location was noisy. The staff took over 3 hours deciding how or if I was going to get refunded for the rest of my stay. I would not recommend this place. I’ve stayed at Super 8’s before and never had an issue so that’s why I decided to book this one”

“The toilet paper box is broken, there is no shower head in the bathroom, and the hair dryer wasn't working and can't be used. Quadruple room only provides towels for two people. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I stayed at Haven Inn in Hamilton last Saturday for one night during a business trip, and overall it was worth it for the price and purpose of my visit. The staff were helpful, and parking was convenient. The only downside was that the room felt a little cold. Other than that, it was a simple and practical place to stay for one night, especially for a business trip.”

“Tout était très bien sauf que la dernière journée, je n’avais pas d’eau chaude. J’ai rapporté le problème et quelqu’un m’a répondu qu’il allait régler ça. En général, très satisfait.”

“Room was great. Garden area was great. Check in and check out was very smooth. Our only issue was that our wifi in the room didn’t work at all.”
