“Staff was so sweet upon arrival! They make your stay feel very personalized. The breakfast spread was also INSANELY delish. We stayed in the penthouse top floor room with the private rooftop patio which was just breath-taking. Highly recommend. ”

"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."

Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process.
