This hotel is extremely old, the carpets are dirty, very noisy bedrooms, you hear everything. Very basic buffet breakfast menu everyday the same. I had to switch room because there was a weird noise in the ceiling that didnt let me sleep. Extremely disappointed with this hotel besides being a Radisson.

So first I’d like to mention I stayed at this hotel in the past. In the fall of 2019, pre covid, my husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service to and from the airport. In 2019 it was convenient and a good value and the hotel food was good. So when traveling this year we booked this hotel again. Clearly the shutdown of Covid has taken its toll. The hotel was very run down and in poor repair . The room we stayed in had 2 sinks, one was unusable because the faucet was broken, the laminated desk was delaminating with bubbles, the drain stopper for the tub was only 1/2 a stopper making it impossible to bath. We called maintenance and they did come up. Their response was that they would have to order parts and fix it later. No offering of moving to another room. The front desk service was poor. We checked in a little early @230 and wanted to book the 7 am shuttle. It was already booked. Even though the airport drive is 5 minutes the shuttle provides hourly service so we would have had to take the 6 am or 8 am. The discussion about the shuttle at the front desk was difficult. The person at reception was nice enough but didn’t speak English well. Totally NOT how you staff in a hotel that is supposedly a 3 star. We wanted a shuttle to and from the airport. There was no shuttle from the airport, even though there was one to the airport. In summary conditions were poor as was service. We would not stay here again. Poor value

It really needs a refurbishment. The carpet is gross and dirty in the hallways. The wall covering seems to be falling off the walls in the hallways. The room was fine, altho old fixtures that don't have any extra device charging capacity. The main floor furniture and decor was all old. The chairs we sat in in the bar area were falling apart, the chair arms loose, almost dangerous. I would not stay there again.

Our room was not the cleanest the windows to the closet Thad fingerprints all over it and the air conditioner did t work well at all we had to open the window for the night. So stuffy for 284.00 euros it was not a good stay
